**SPOILERS** Book 4 and Book 5

In Order of the Phoenix, Cho gets jealous of Harry's friendship with Hermoine which inevitably leads to the end of that relationship.

I have heard many people say that there is a budding interest between Ron and Hermoine. Does anyone have any proof of this? I personally think that Hermoine is closer to Harry than she is to Ron.

The only evidence for any sort of attraction would have to do with Ron's jealousy regarding Hermoine during the Yule Ball. But I think that it was subtle at best. Is there any reason to believe that there is any attractioni there?

Yeah...look at how uncomfortable they waere during the scene, in the last movie, where Harry ans Hermoine hugged without missing a beat...When it came to Ron, they were so uncomfortable, they never embraced. I think this shows romantic tension.

yeah harry and hermy are so close because they are just friends and they know the limits, besides Hermione is very protective of Harry (as you can see in the 3rd potter movie and the 4th book)

speaking of book 4, Rita Skeeter publishes that harry and hermy are an item and I think even draco teases them about it, they both shrug it off because they know they are close, but not that close

I can't think of any specific examples but they are definitely slowly building a romance between Ron & Hermione.

Evidence Supporting a Ron/Hermione relationship (http://www.mugglenet.com/books/couples-ronhermione.shtml)

Check that out. I think it will definitely convince you that J.K. is obviously heading towards a Ron/Hermione relationship. I expected Harry to find them kissing the Common Room or something in the 5th book, so I think it'll definitely happen for them in Half-Blood Prince.

I appreciate all of the info here.

Thanks.

My opinion of the Harry/Hermoine relationship came from watching the films. The sexual tension is certainly much more clearer in the books and I missed out on it because I was focusing on other things.

You guys are definitely right.

Id like to see Harry and Ginny get together the way she reacted to him in the CoS flick and her brother told him that shes been talking about him all summer. Little crush there.

Ron and Hermoine are perfect for each other though.

probably ron and hermione *sorry if its spelled wrong* will end up together, it seems pretty obvious.

I also think that Ron and Hermione will end up together at some point...

And I agree with you, NuclearMisfit, about Harry and Ginny. Seems like it could be a possibility.

It seems so too, looking at all the evidences. Which is pretty sad, seeing I'm a Hermione-Harry Junkie.

That's kind of true in a way. Somehow, the idea of a male friend appeals to me more than a boyfriend, at this point of time at least.
