For me, it was "Along Came a Spider". The blond (Monica Potter?) FBI agent's involvement stunned me. And, I am usually good at guessing things. I knew what was going on in "The Sixth Sence" almost at the beginning.

Yeah, good choices, but I was going for more like the squemish-type of shock and not the suprise-type of shock.
I guess it is all shocking, or as Jane's Addiction stated, "Nothings Shocking."

Dicaprio, thanks for ruining all those endings with out warning of spoilers!!!
Although it may seem petty, I was pretty shocked when the whole Nadia/Shermanator sex thing actually happened in American Pie 2. Nadia is so fucking hott and who do they have her have sex with? The fucking Shermanator. I guess it's true though, he really is a "sophisticated sex robot sent back through time to change the future for one lucky lady".

I said Possible Spoilers Ahead, then I mentioned the names of the movies, if you have not seen them then why did you read it. I didn't ruin shit, it's your fault for reading even after I said Spoilers, for most people that seems to be a good idea that there's spoilers ahead, so don't blame me it's your problem not mine..

the first five minutes of Dead or Alive let's see what you get.
Suicide
Stripper dacing around
guy eating a bowl of noodles, gets shot and all the noodles come squirting out of his stomach.
two guys are getting it on in the bathroom, one gets decapitated and the other guy is getting all excited (thinking the blood is cum)
Two guys trying to get a girl to fuck a dog o_O
and like more shootouts....But the coolest is the pump action shotguns hidden in clown statues.
Now that's a fucked up movie. But I just think it's so awesome!

The ending of "The usual suspects"-a classic one.
And "Primal Fear"-again the ending.I usually know what will happen at the end of such thrillers, but this one...it just caught me!I think it was because of Edward Norton`s brilliant performance.

I definitely agree with the jaw breaking Edward Norton scene in American History X. The ending to The Fight Club was a surprise. And though nothing serious but Wild Things offered many surprises and the ending to Vanilla Sky and American Psycho are both weird.

Why did so many people find the ending of the SIXTH SENSE so shocking? It was the same ending in JACOB'S LADDER ten years earlier and in CARNIVAL OF SOULS a few DECADES earlier!!!
SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER
Anyway, I was shocked by the death of Kate Miller in DRESSED TO KILL and of course the ending of PSYCHO. In WHAT LIES BENEATH, I was shocked when Norman tried to kill Claire.
The ending of ROSEMARY'S BABY also shocked me as well as the death of Carrie in CARRIE and the Rabbit scene in FATAL ATTRACTION.
