For the Florida Schmoes, or any other Schmoe who has some spare cash to travel to Orlando in October, check out this year's Universal's Halloween Horror Nights. It takes place in both parks, and it will KICK...ASS!

For those of you who don't know (you poor, poor souls), Halloween Horror Nights is a special event that features an assortment of mazes, live shows and a parade all with a horror theme. Hell, even walking down a street in the park you're likely to be chased off with a guy wielding a chainsaw. It takes place every October on select nights at Universal Studios, Florida. For the first 12 years it took place in Universal Studios, but the last two years it has taken place in Islands of Adventure which is an extension of Universal. This year, however, the event will take place in BOTH parks. However it's only half of each park, so it might as well be one park. But still! It'll kick major ass.

Check out the virtual tour.

I don't know about you guys, but as a self-proclaimed Halloween Horror Nights Conosieur (I STILL can't spell that word) I am about to piss in my pants from all the excitement.

I'm going this week!
Either the 14th or 15th, which ever day has the best weather.

I went last year.
It was so much fun, and there's BEER too!

I hope some of you Schmoes can go.

I will also be going to see Shaun of the Dead at the Cineplex, the theatre at Universal.

My favorite part is the little beer stands they set up through out the park. I just usaully ride the rides and walk around as the lines are usually so long. Just the atmosphere of the park is worth the admission... they turn the lights off in the park. WooHoo. I also heard this year there is a real life corn field they planted to get from one park to the other.

Correct sir! It's one of the "Scarezones", like a haunt without the lines. It's good to see that the Midway of the Bizarre is making a come back, but sucks it's not at Amity. =(

Ouch. That sucks. Well, if it's any consolation, I'll um...double my fun-factor. So, I'll be having all YOUR fun...so when someone asks you if you went you can say "No, but Servo had fun for me."

...

I stop making since after 10 at night.
