Want to find out title of a movie

Alright, so far you guys have helped me find out every movie I have posted a question about (The Ghoul, Creeping Flesh, The Power), but I just remembered one more.

1) I remember the movie being about a cannibal or something.....don`t really remember much or even if it was Silence of the Lambs (haven`t seen it in a long time), but I doupt it. I remember a couple of details:
A man (there might be a slight chance of it being a woman) is lying on the bed or sitting in a chair or something. The camera rolls until you see that his head has been cut open and the brain is missing. The killer has taken the brain and is frying it on a pan and finally offers it to the protagonist or someone.
I am not even sure it was a horror movie.

I`m not desperate about this movie or anything, don`t even remember if I liked it or not, but it just bugs me.

There is a scene similar to that in Hannibal where a portion of fried brain is served up to the guy it is taken from.

Definitely Hannibal. Spoilers: The skull of the agent is actually still pieced together but a slight wound is visible along the forehead. Hannibal removes the top of the agents skull and proceeds to cut-out a piece of the brain that handles memory, fries it, offers it to Clarice and then lets the agent eat it himself.All the while scolding the agent for bad table manners. :D

No, no, no, It`s NOT Hannibal....damn, I saw Hannibal the last week. The movie I`m talking about, I saw that, well at least ten years ago. I have quite a good memory on horror movies, so it had to be more than ten years ago.

It is absolutely not Hannibal. First of all, Hannibal was made, like yesterday or something. The movie I`m talking about had to be made before the 90`s, I have no further clue though.
