Any horror movie or movies you've seen at least a dozen times or more?

Splatter genius and Deep Red editor, Chas. Balun claimed he had watched Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the original) over 25 times; and that was years ago on videotape! I know he praises that movie ( no need to figure out why ), but thats dedication,man! Everyone says, about movies, " Oh I've seen that one a hundred times! " But seriously, how many times in actuality did you watch any particular horror movie? I've probably watched Day of the Dead about 15-18 times and Dawn of the Dead and Evil Dead about 10-12 times . I'd like to get a contest going on a "fav." horror movie on the number of times watched! Only with someone thats honest though. None of my friends are interested in horror so to hell with them! I know I've seen the Evil Dead movies and Day of the dead at least a dozen times. The problem is that after watching them so many times their not as good. I was thinking of locking all my movies away for a couple of years and then re-watching them. So that way they'll still be fresh.

I've definitely seen Die Hard 10 times. I saw Spiderman FIVE times in the theatre, but still haven't seen that one 10 times.

I think the key to my having seen a flick 10 times isn't because its so good I have to watch it over and over again in one week, but because I revisit it on a stormy night, or have a friend who hasn't seen it or what have you. Its just that its worth seeing again, and its... old... and has had the time to be replayed, once every year, year and a half.

i dont think ive watched any movie more than 10 times. cause if i really like a movie, i dont watch it a whole lot cause im afraid it will lose its magic........like for example. i LOVE the blair witch project.......and ive seen that movie 5 times in my entire life. and if i dont like a movie, i dont watch it alot cause i dont like it.......the movie i think ive seen the most is probably Scream 2. i might of watched that around 10 times.

I'm the exact opposite-if i love a movie,I'll watch it over and over...every night I pop in a movie when i go to bed(I have to have the TV on to fall asleep)and there have been times when I watched Sleepy Hollow and From Hell like 2 weeks straight!

Chopping Mall (so fun this movie is very entertaining)

F13th 6 (more spoof oriented but my favorite chapter)

The Hitcher (great thriller, too bad it was a one-shot for Harmon)

Strange Days (this cyber-thriller is too underrated)

And X-nightcrawler , Im with you , I love End Of Eva ....ive watched it so many times . I think it is one of the best things ive ever seen , I dont even count it as a movie , more like a statment .

5: night of the demons: seen it 8 times (which isn't enough i think)

i think its cool u are'nt someone who watches a movie and thats it

after seeing a movie the 5 time or so u still find out new things

I've easily seen Night of the Living Dead over 100 times and Dawn of the Dead at least 50-60 times. I am a huge fan of the series and can't wait for the forthcoming Land of the Dead to be released.

Kubrick's The Shining has had well over 25 viewings by yours truly as well.

Oh yeah and I have also lost track of how many times I've watched the original Elm St. and Evil Dead trilogy.

But when I really think about it there are probably many more that I haven't mentioned. I love horror-- I was practically raised on the stuff.
