The full theatrical trailer is now up at Apple. You can check it out Here (http://www.apple.com/trailers/paramount/team_america/)
I love the trailer, mainly because of how serious it's played out. Trey and Matt really got the whole action movie trailer thing perfectly and hopefully it'll be the same on the movie.
Paramount is also smart by not marketing the whole politics thing in the movie.

That is the funniest thing I've seen all year. Kim Jong Il reminds me of a Korean Cartman :p
"So you see, the new world is...inevitable."
"It's what?"
"Inevita-- Inevitable."
"One more time."
"Inevitable! Things are inevitably going to change!"
That bit where Michael Moore is dancing with the hot dogs was pretty funny, too.

I'm totally agreeing with syxxpac; this is one of the funniest trailers I've seen this year...I really can't wait now to check it out...

AAA HAHAHAHAHA. While I would have wished it was funnier, this was infinitely better than the teaser, which was awful.

It takes itself serious this time, which makes it even funnier. I don't know about paying $8 bucks for this, but it'll be worth a rental.

Do you remember how funny the South Park movie was?
OF COURSE, this is going to be worth 8 dollars!

The only thing that seems to be really funny is the fact that it's being taken so seriously. The material itself doesn't seem to be as funny as how they are approaching it. The final clip in the trailer was great because of how it was approached--a seriously deadly battle, no laughs.

Wasn't as funny as the teaser but it was funny enough for me to wanna watch it still.

South Park had me rolling with laughter the entire way through, it just brought spontaneous stupid comedy to a whole new level.
Kudos to Matt and Trey for putting this jab at the live-action Thunderbirds movie out. They've definitely got my cash for this one.

One thing i thought of:
if they ever reveal what the weapons of mass destruction are (I'm not expecting it), i'm thinking they might be copies of "Yentel"

seriously the combination of a political humor, puppet action, Jerry Bruckheimer satire is just genius.
And Kim Jong is Illllll
Was anyone else a little disappointed by this trailer? The one joke was the same silly foreign accent one that's been done to death on south park already. Fairly amusing but hardly original. Then again I am evpecting this to be 1 of the best movies this year so maybe I should lower my expectations some what.

I wasn't disappointed at all - you know it is an R rated movie so lots of jokes probably can't be in the trailer - plus it is somewhat of a satire - and the humor in those movies is normally much more in tone than one liners. But I thought the cheesy Bruckheimer lines were awesome - "Maybe feelings are called feelings because we can't control them"
Should be hilarious - and I share your high expectations for it

I hope he does come to the Academy Awards to perform it if the song gets nominated :p
I have just finished watching the new clip available for download, and can honestly say it is one of the funniest things I have seen in a long, long time.
The very fact that they have taken innocent looking puppets that people associate with such tv series' as Thunderbirds and Captain Scarlet, and given them foul mouths make me cry with laughter.
kim Jong II will be the best comedy bad guy since Dr Evil.
P.S - If he sees it, let's hope he doesn't nuke us!

The thing of it is is that the real kim jong 2's favourite hobby is watching movies- he is reported to have a video collection of over 12000 tapes. *
So basically there is no way he won't end up watching this. Could be interesting!
