I've never been a huge fan of the dead series. They are good films but I get greater enjoyment out of the Creepshow series. I picked up the Creepshow dvd and am salviting for the Divimax Creepshow 2.

Am I the only one who wants to see another installment?

I thought Romero wasn't doing the fourth "Dead" film.

Anyway, I never liked the Creepshow movies (I liked the second story in Creepshow 2 though) so if a third movie was never made, I wouldn't mind.

Why can't he do both?? I'd love to see both of them, I would say make him do Land Of The Dead first then another Creepshow.

which reminds me, when I saw Stephen King's Dreamcatcher...it seemed like that whole movie was just one big compilation of his other films/stories....I won't go into great detail now, but for example...the red alien shit all over everything and everyone reminded me of "The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verill" in Creepshow. The green moss-like substance looks exactly the same.

Granted, I've never read the actual book, Dreamcatcher...so all my bullshit is based on the film or coming out of my ass...but did see that as well in the movie?

One one hand we have a sequel to two mediocre anthology films that sported maybe two or three decent stories between both of them.

or

One the other hand we have the closing chapter of a series that can arguably be regarded as the pinnacle of the horror genre.

Screw a 4th dead film? Creepshow was good(I haven't seen the second) but his dead films are really his shining glory.

I like the idea of another Creepshow but there is no way in hell I would rather have Creepshow over Land of the Dead.Hopefully he brings in the money and then down the line makes a Creepshow 3.

Romero is doing casting stuff right now in Toronto for Land of the Dead. They start filming October 21st I believe... in Toronto. :) I'm so gonna be a zombie extra on this film.
