I'll admit, I'm scared for Nicole Kidman that tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. they will not announce her name. She may cancel herself out like she did for the SAG awards. If she isn't at least nominated for one of her performances it will be a damn travesty. She had two great performances in movies loved by many people. I think the general public, not like us hard-core movie fans, like her the best as it is. I do too, though. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Shrek will be nominated in the brand new category of best animated picture. It won't get a best picture nom. I, too, have a bad feeling that Nicole Kidman might get shafted because the vote will be split between her two movies, which would be a shame.

My predictions? Best Lead Actor--Russell Crowe, A Beautiful MInd. Best Lead Actress--Sissy Spacek--In the Bedroom. Make bank on those two. Hallee Berry might sneak in with an upset win for "Monster's Ball."
