I don't know how it happened but it looks like the biggest piece of shit this year was left out in the WORST FILM OF THE YEAR category:
3000 MILES TO GRACELAND had to be the worst film of the year, hands down. I can't believe you and I did not get that one nominated.
BEST FILM left out was LIFE AS A HOUSE.
So what else do you think was overlooked in all the categories for the 1ST ANNUAL GOLDEN SCHMOES?

I agree. He's already been working for about 15 years and LOTR did not break him through to the mainstream. Most people still don't know his name.

the best film completely left out of the golden schmoes is most definetly "the man who wasn't there".i almost lost interest in the GS after discovering that.it's so much better than fuckin "memento" and all that shit.i'm giving the schmoes the benefit of the doubt though because it was a limited release.another genius movie that was left out was "shallow hal".alot of people didn't even see it and give it a fair chance just because of the stupid fuckin reviews they read.it is a great movie, trust me.in my opinon it is worthy of a best movie of the year nomination."the royal tenenbaums" and "jay and silent bob strike back" were also under appreciated but at least not completely left out, thank god.
