What do you think are the best and worst remakes? Mine are...
Best: Texas Chainsaw Massacre, I know many will disagree, but I thought this was a great movie. Nicely acted and suspenseful. (8/10)
Worst: The Shining, The little kid with his buck teeth was getting on my nerves. I don't know why they even bothered wasteing their time making this, the original is untouchable.
(2/10)

BEST: Ben-Hur
WORST: Psycho - I've never seen it, but just the idea of remaking it shot-for-shot is pathetic.

The Untouchables(1987) 9/10 (the first was a tv series, but it should still count)
Texas Chainsaw Massacre 7.5/10 - I'll probably get blasted for this but I actually preferred the remake to the original mostly because of the awesome inclusion of R. Lee Ermey *hides*

I would hate to correct you but A Fistful Of Dynamite is not a remake of Yojimbo. A Fistful Of Dollars is a remake of Yojimbo. A Fistful Of Dynamite is a good film by Leone.

On my list for worst upcoming remake is Fever Pitch while I consider Taxi as worst remake. They both star Jimmy Fallon so you do the math...
