If these allegations are true:

Why did this gal never complain to HR or anyone at Fox before O'Reilly called her out? I guess there are even e-mails she wrote where she talked about how much she loved her Fox job.

Why did she decide to come back to work for him after leaving her CNN gig if she was so disturbed by his alleged behavior?

And she claims he said:

"If any woman ever breathed a word I'll make her pay so dearly that she'll wish she'd never been born. I'll rake her through the mud, bring up things in her life and make her so miserable that she'll be destroyed."

My opinion is that she is looking for some money. However o' reilly's countersuit never denies that he said those things only that she is trying to extort him. They actually thik she may have tapes with him saying that shit on it.

So yeah she s probably looking for money but o'reilly is sitll a scumbag.

Even if she has tapes, O'Reilly isn't necessarily guilty of sexual harrassment, although definitely of moral hypocrisy. O'Reilly and her could have been in a relationship, where they were both "talking dirty" to each othe. We've only seen the (alleged) quotes from O'Reilly's part of the conversation, not hers.
From her end, she could very easily have been saying, "And then what would you do to me, Bill?" or "Tell me about the loofa again, Bill....Oh, please, tell me about the loofa."

Well - I'm not a regular O'Reilly viewer or anything (mostly cause of no cable :D ) but on the occassional shows I've wacthed I've heard him express support for civil unions (but not gay marriage), make come-on jokes about Janet Jackson and say that the gov really doesn't have a place in regulating private consensual sex between adults. Most of his "moral" stands involve sex between teens or younger children. I don't view him as a flaming neo-con or anything, despite what moveon.org might say to the contrary.

Maybe if tapes exist it will clear things up some. O'Reilly's lawyer has pressed for their release, but I don't think they have been yet.
