Only three I can think of right now that I've seen all three for. Haven't seen any bad trilogies.

There's loads of contenders for best trilogy but surely the worst (if you discount cheapjack horrors) has to be the Scary Movie(s).

worst: Rambo Trilogy (First Blood is badass, but the rest make me wanna puke), Austin Powers Trilogy (First one was funny, it went steadily downhill after that). The American Pie series is probably the most stupid series of movie I've ever seen.
