"First off, one of the most-requested titles among our readers, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is on tap for a January release. Not only was it discussed at the conference, CNN has a story on its creator/producer Andy Borowitz and there was an off-hand mention that Borowitz is doing commentary for the discs.
Next up is Murphy Brown. The founder/editor of TVShowsOnDVD did some good legwork at the conference and learned that the first season of the show will be released some time in the first quarter of 2005.
Finally, word from the show is that Full House is planned for a 2005 release, although no details on the DVD contents were discussed. Wonder if the Olsen twins will do commentary.
One more note to pass on. The most requested title in our What's Up With...? list, The Monster Squad, now has an Amazon entry. There's no release date, price or publisher, but usually Amazon doesn't an entry until something is definitely planned for release. So keep your fingers crossed."
I still wouldn't buy any of these..
