They showed the whole thing on my local news this morning, and I spit my coffee out when I saw that stupid dance she was doing. WTF?

I laughed even harder when the station did their own parody of it a few minutes later. The weather forecast was about to begin, the weather guy was standing in front of the local map, and this audio voiceover of him giving a previous forecast started playing. He just stood there, looking confused and then started doing a jig, followed by an apology and blamed it on the band. Good stuff!

This leads me to belive that she either was using it to find her key (since most pop artiist have a bit of a problem these days with pitch control) or she was going to use it as a boost. Carson DAly said that we'd be suprised how many singers do this and that this is not a scandal. I saw the clip and she was really good natured- she was smiling- she did not storm off the stage in a snit which is to her credit.

Her low point was blaming the poor band but I'm sure she was told to say that to save face. SNL looks dumb for this too casue they shouldn'tt allow lip syncing on the show. They participated in it too.

I caught that too, Tweek, and noticed that her voice was FINE any other time she opened her yap. It's all a load of crap, we know it, they know it and most of all, Ashlee knows it.
