Gluttony

After the excellent original and the decent sequel, what did the final installment in Cohen's trilogy have in store for me?
Honestly, the movie's better than the second film, but only slightly. The movie's strengths lie in the same areas as the the previous two. The script is well layered and the characters are fleshed out as expected.
The acting is well headed by some genre alumni including Karen Black and Michael Moriaty.
The ending is also rather touching and endearing, despite all the bad things the babies have accidently caused, they end up looking good in the end. A nice touch.
The bloodiest entry to the series (not saying a lot) also has a fair amount of action and atmosphere to back it up. The movie does hit a wall when the movie confines itself to the boat for a while in the middle, but Cohen picks up the pace quickly and delivers his usual brand of humor and horror.
Recommended.
7/10
