If I could reunite one band I'd go with Guns n Roses.
By the way, this thread is referring to the broken up groups where all the band members are still alive.

Genesis. Get Peter Gabriel back and kick Phil Collins' ass back behind the drum kit where it belongs.
The Police. Easily my favorite choice.

The Smashing Pumpkins or White Zombie.

First two bands that popped into my head.
Either one of them (preferably Floyd if I had to choose) would be kickass!

Talking Heads
David Byrne's concert at Union Chapel was awesome, but I would give anything to see him, Chris, Tina, and Jerry perform together again.

I would have said Soundgarden, but I'm pretty hooked on Audioslave now. I like Rob Zombie, with or without his old bandmates. Faith No More was cool.

Pink Floyd, and I don't know why no one's mentioned Cream. Only thing is, I don't know if anyone watched the Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon documentary, but I watched it a while ago and I recall David and Roger's voices sounding like shit. It was a while ago, though, so I might be wrong.

I know they just broke up (again!) but I would like Janes Addiciton to get back together. I have never been able to see them live and would love to have the chance. Plus a new cd would be nice too.

I'm FUCKING SHOCKED............. How about Rage against the machine.... I'd bring them back before floyd, or fucking G'n'R.... Floyd because I like Roger Water's solo shit a lot, and I don't see the need to force the issue.... Then Guns'n'Roses I'd never be able to forgive axel, so that's not really what i wanna see, but Rage? That'd be the greatest thing ever.... That band made so many good songs, and much like floyd/waters they made them about their beliefs, and truths..... Greatest Rap of any kinds............ Sorry for your time.

I think every song off their debut is a good song, but that's just me.

Well Johnny my boy I'm not exactly too sure which two you're talking about so I'll list my top 10....... in no real order
Wake up
Killing in the name
Bombtrack
Sleep now in the fire
People of the sun
Without a face
Township Rebellion
Bulls on parade
Born as ghosts
CIA
................ There are even a couple more that sometimes bump up, but right now that's the ten.... All the covers from renegades are pretty amazing as well

I forgot about that one. Also, Bad Brains.
And john, Township Rebellion and Take The Power Back totally own Guerilla Radio and People of The Sun. As does Revolver, Know Your Enemy, Freedom, Killing In The Name, Tire Me, Vietnow, Down Rodeo, Bulls On Parade, Calm Like A Bomb, Born Of A Broken Man, and Voice Of The Voiceless. Their both decent tracks though. Yep, I'm a Rage fan through and through.

And I would NEVER wanna see Guns n' Roses reunited. Good riddance to them, their music was crap.

1. Thanks for passing judgement. I was only responding to another members sense of humor.
2. The thread was for bands where all the existing members were alive.

Give me a break. I was just responding to a joke.
No argument against never reuniting GNR. Axel Rose is an untalented posing primadonna asshole.
