I Woke Up Early the Day I Died- Anyone seen it?

Has anybody seen this one? Its a movie based off the last script Ed Wood ever wrote, and has a pretty decent cast(including the mucho talented Billy Zane!), and from what I've read is actually quite good. I'm currently researching the life and work of Ed Wood, and any info on this movie would be nice(particularly a place to buy it).
