I caught this interesting movie this morning. I had never heard of it but was sucked in with a great first 10 mintues. It is a spoof of horror movies ala Scream and Scary Movie but campy in the vien of Troma.
The first half is hit and miss with a intro homage to Halloween that steals the flick. Soon kids are having sex and getting killed with a running dead body count letting us know how many people are dead. The movie starts to lose it when the spoof idea goes out the window and enters into an attempted "head fuck" situation (your standard High School prom as the back drop)
There were a handful of good one liners that horror fans will chuckle with. The killer is also very funny at times and almost everyones name is a groaner (Mrs. Hummers, Principal Peters, Nurse Krud) I would search it out for a bad movie night and to see the Scary Movie of the early 80's.

Paramount....those fuckwads! I almost forgot who distributed this film, hopefully the rights may have lapsed giving a company like Anchor Bay, Elite or Blue Underground an opportunity to pick it up for a DVD release...like I said...hopefully!

This movie isn't great by any means of the imagination, but it is quite amusing and enjoyable to watch. It really stops being funny in the last twenty mintues or so but up until then It's a amusing 80s comedy. I laughed enough to recommend it, but then again I laugh at Family Matters so I don't know what to say.

"Melbert pee red."
I haven't seen this movie in 15 years. I'd buy it on DVD in a second.

I have Student Bodies on VHS, I don't know where, but it's somewhere in the very house I am sitting in right now. I have never watched it, chances are I never will. But we'll just have to wait and see I suppose.

Jill Schoelen, Brad Pitt...good times. This movie was on like the Mystery Channel last summer and I caught it in a double feature with Happy Birthday to Me. It was fun to see Pitt at such an early age.
