Help on identifying anime movie?

I'm watching an (anime) movie right now about a high school kid that suddenly has a girl living inside him. A big alien explains who the girl is (her name is "Birdi" or something like that) part of a police force and whatnot. So she can swap the kid's body with hers anytime. Thre have been many fights, one has her fighting some odd mutated dogs (which he kills by spraying desinfectant on it) and some T-800 like robots.

Any idea which it might be?


OH and some friend keeps offering porn to the main character.

How did you not know what the anme of it was when it's an OVA?

Because it was on TV without any sort of commercials or anything and every episode came back to back so it looked like a movie. How's . . . that important?
