Its unbelievable how many people want to see this, the page loads slow, but I figured a way to go straight to the trailer by looking up at the source code, where I found this link http://mymovies.net/asx_secured.asp?wmpath=/filmmedia/film/fid800/trailers/trid1592/wm/bb.asz&filmid=800
If you click on that, this automatically should open it in your Windows Media Player.
Enjoy, and I know you will because this is simply going to be the best movie of 2005. I love this trailer so much it gave me the chills running down my spine.
Simply amazing.
I don't know about the best, but certainly great. :)
I'm looking forward to this film immensely.

bahhh, what is this Batman meets the Last Samurai? Im not a fathful comic reader so I dont know the accuracies and all that, but watching that just dropped my anticipation a lot. I didnt like the Shumacher Batmans (although I thought Carrey and Lee Jones were awesome and Kilmer gets unfairly ripped, great actor) but I like the Burton Batmans. This looks way to dramtic for me.

I really liked the hanging upside down bit and the way he said "here" really got me hyped up for it.

Wow. Three great trailers in one day. I can only hope that Batman Begins, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and War of the Worlds deliver on the promise of those trailers....
A pretty decent trailer, yet there's still something missing that makes me have certain doubts about the film.
I can't explain it, it's just that certain 'something'.

This trailer just took a giant shit on the trailers for War of the Worlds and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. A big greasy shit too. Those trailers were highly disappointing, whereas this was awesome. My anticipation has risen substantially. If these trailers are any kind of final indication of these films (which in all honesty/fairness, they're probably not) then BATMAN BEGINS is going to kill these films in every way. Man, this looks great.
And Raul Duke, I'm sorry, but after the Schummacher jokes, I think you're the only person on the planet looking for a less dramatic Batman film. This is exactly what I was hoping for so far.

There is like some strange degrees of Burton going on....
Batman Begins, a sequal to a movie franchise Burton helmed at the start
Charlie - a Burton film
War of the Worlds - A movie Burton spoofed
Or it could just be all the weed...

One scene felt 'meh' to me in the teaser-trailer. Having read the leaked 1st draft script months ago. I had imagined the hanging upside down scene to be filmed differently, with Batman hanging upside down in the dark behind the thug (facing us) and for the scene to be filmed a few feet away to have a scary effect. Now I know that this was only a portion of the scene, but it's not how "I" imagined it to look like when I read the script, that scene in particular.
And I know I'm not the only one who felt this way, on The Hype, where I hang out there's another fan who agrees on this.
I just feel that scene was poorly directed. It's alright.

It is looking great , but i do agree the Samurai elements don't excite me , it reminds me of Daredevil a little too much , and i'm noticing some CGI action in this too , maybe not , because everything moved so fast i really couldn't tell .
No doubt though , it's shaping up to be an amazing little film . Seeing that Black cowl hanging there in the safe , all lonely and menacing and beckoning should get any Batfan's blood racing , if not then you better check your pulse .
Oh yeah , hope he doesn't kiss that guy in the hanging scene :) .

Before the shooting began Christopher Nolan invited the whole film crew to a private screening of "Blade Runner". After the film he said to the whole crew: "This is how we're going to make Batman."

Thats odd , because i think it looks like Batman Forever and Daredevil , with a bit of Burton's vision strewn in .
