I'm new to the boards and was just wondering if anybody had some recommendations of a good movie to watch. I know there's tons so I'll try to narrow it down. Although I do like a good action or drama film I'm looking more towards the crazy, creative artistic sense. The type I'm talking about is Mulholand Dr., Fight Club, Princess and the Warrior, and Momento. Sort of where you have to actually watch it once or even twice more to totally understand whats going on. Foreign filmes are fine so recommend away! Thanks.

Looking at that list eXistenZ might be up your street. It's a David Cronenberg film about a computer games designer trapped inside her own game (maybe). Great performance by Jennifer Jason Leigh.

Irreversible might be a good 'un. Foreign and a real thinker, nice important little film. You might want to check Audition out too, hot shit.

I have seen Donnie Darko and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. These are exactly the type of films that I'm looking for.
