Bloody Birthday DVD

Anyone seen this village of the damned rip off with Julie Brown..the white one...of MTV fame naked.....the story sounds ok and I heard the deaths were good...getting it for Christmas for 5 bucks on dvd..so...what do you think?

I have this slasher on VHS and I must say I quite like it.

Sure sometimes it is a bit cheesy but overall it was a good movie.
You have nudity but this film is barely gory.
The directing is a bit weak but the idea of killer-kids is good I think. I mean it has been done before with The Village Of The Damned but there those kids are real children I mean they don't have no supernatural powers are something like that they are just mean and leathal.

I've always had a soft spot for this movie and have been a long-time fan of Julie Brown, ever since my first viewing of Earth Girls Are Easy at such a tender young age. But, I must say, they must've skipped the full once-over for the DVD transfer. It looks kind of grainy and just not all that great at all. The VHS actually looks better, in my opinion. And, the disc is also pretty much bare bones. You get a bunch of trailers (none of which are for the actual feature) and an interview with one of the producers, who must be about 184 by now.

i thought this film was a pile of shit, it bored the hell out of me and the kids were very annoying, actually the whole cast was annoying and did a crap job at trying to act
