is this even out? I need to see this movie considering Godzilla is retiring for a while or ever!

Not yet. I think Final Wars either just had or is about to have it's Japanese theatrical release, so it'll be a while before it's released stateside. Actually, I don't think Final Wars is expected to even get a theatrical release here in the states, even a limited one. Maybe by this time next year we'll have it on DVD, but hopefully sooner because I'd love to see it too.
