Apparently not.

BBFC (british censors link) (http://www.bbfc.co.uk/website/Classified.nsf/c2fb077ba3f9b33980256b4f002da32c/7c935659fc760c6180256f4b0021051f?OpenDocument)

No cuts are listed, and as it says "very strong bloody voilence" you can sure bet it's the uncut version. It could have been cut prior to submission but it dosn't look that way.

And remember, the BBFC are much more liberal than they were in the "video nasties" era. In fact many video nasties have now been passed uncut or sometimes even with a 15 rating (Contamination).

It's definitely uncut.

The version I saw at the Dead By Dawn festival was the uncut one, and the version I saw at the cinema a few months back when it was ongeneral release in the UK was identical (i.e. also uncut).

Since there have been no further cuts by the BBFC, this is indeed the uncut version.

as scully said, its definitely the uncut version (although i dont really see what would need to have been cut from it anyway)

I was wondering the same thing, having just swooped up the Dvd...

...Slight spoilers...

I heard in someone's review (on JoBlo) that there was a graphic shot of Tom (the little kidda) getting the shells unloaded on him. But then again, there's alot of stuff I've heard of that was present (the severed hand near the phone).

...End spoilers...

Hmph.

Well, in the supposedly uncut version I saw, you never see him getting shot, you just hear the gunshot.

Just got this DVD, and I can verify that it is fully uncut.

***POSSIBLE SPOILERS***

Regarding the issue with the child getting shot, Aja mentions in the commentary that he was originally going to shoot it in such a way that the kid is facing the camera when the killer shoots him from behind, drenching the camera in blood. However, he decided not to go this route and simply stuck with the sound of the gunshot and the "after the fact" shot of the kid lying in the field.
