I was reading bout A new halloween and so forth, you think its time to hang up Micheal Myers mask and call it a day? Or Is Jason all out of fuel? How far can Chucky Go, maybe try to find a nice home for the family in the 6th one Estate Of Chucky?
Is Freddy A reoccuring dream that bugs you?
Im curious to know which ones you think should give it up and maybe those who shouldnt?
I wouldnt mind seeing Freddy In two more Nightmare films but to clean up loose ends. Jason i think is like the Sun if theres a Sun there is a morning, Jason can go on for a very long time...
Michael Myers i think has 2 more if any left in him but maybe make it darker FUCK give the film to Tim Burton (that guy chould make it more darker then the last 2 were).....
I find Batman Returns more darker and interesting then H20 Or Resurrection....
Evil Dead Needs a Fourth the question remains, Should it go back to the Cabin? OR continue from Army Of Darkness The end of the world ending not the S-mart one....
Chucky has it in him but at this rate im waiting for Jay Leno to give up his spot To Chucky with his humour. Late Show With Chucky.....
There is no right or wrong answers just ur views....
doesnt have to be any of the main stream franchise i meantioned either, hell it could a one movie you wished had a sequel...
Take care im off for another beer....

Myers should have been left to rot after 2 instead of making 5 shitty films with him

if they went back to serious Freddy, i wouldnt mind more NOES films, lose all the one liners and hes a pretty freaky character

and i'll never get bored of Jason smashing skulls and impaling people

Somehow the once fantastic Hellraiser franchise has gotten dull and lifeless. It all started with the worst entry of the series Hellraiser 3 and none of the subsequent sequels have been worth a shit, most going DTV.

They should've ended the story a few sequels ago. Although the rumor is that Clive Barker has expressed an interest in coming back and finishing the Hellraiser series properly. He reportedly wants to use his character Harry D'Amour from Lord of Illusions to "kill off" Pinhead once and for all.

I don't know, I really liked the first 3 Hellraiser movies.... I also really enjoyed Bloodline as well... Now Inferno and Hellseeker sucked all kinds of ass, so I'll agree with ya there....

Freddy should continue making more movies, Englund's not gettin any younger, but hell if they keep slappin on the makeup, that's really not gonna be an issue.... I'd also be interested to see the rumoured prequel to NOES, where the parents of the children burn him in the house, which was kinda mentioned in Freddy's Dead as well as F vs. J....

Halloween can make movies for eternity, and I'd never bore of them... I LOVE Michael Myers, he's a fuckin classic Horror icon, and I'm really lookin forward to number 9...

Jason sucks, he's ALWAYS sucked in my opinion... Though, I will give credit to Jason Goes to Hell, Jason X (for it's sheer hilarity) and of course F vs. J.... Hell, if they made another Jason flick, I'd watch it.. why the fuck not? :p

The Chucky series is gettin BETTER as it progresses... Just keep crankin out those sequels, and I'll continue to pay HAPPILY to watch em, I think they're fuckin classic! Really good stuff in "Seed" with the most brutal killings, mixed with some really good funny moments... I LOVE CHUCKY!!!! :D

Evil Dead definately could use a 4th entry, and I don't really give a shit WHEN/WHERE it takes place... So long as it sticks to the premise, and has Bruce as Ash, that's all that I care about... Although admittedly I DID enjoy the S-Mart ending to AOD than the cut "Apocalypse" ending (though both were good)....

I actually thought that "Inferno" was the only one really worth it. I was never much a fan of the others (except the "Jesus wept." scene in the first that shall haunt my dreams forever).

I think Jason could use some more sequels. I never get tired of him. like DarkMarch said, Michael could be in a few more if a good director (like Tim Burton) were to intervene. Wishmaster needs to give up and so does Hellraiser... I think Chucky's franchise needs to end because I didn't like Seed(Glen sucks). Bruce Campbell is too old for another Evil Dead; he doesn't have that "Ash" look he used to; leave it be. I still like Freddy, and would like to see more of him, but Robert is getting old too and he can't possibly last much longer(Freddy with a cain could be funny though), and they can't replace him. I would LOVE to see another TCM(no shitty remake) if it is done right. I certainly don't want to see another TCM:TNG...

Half of me would love to see one more Blade film, BUT it must be directed by someone who knows how the whole mechanisim of delivering a cracking story, script and direction ala Gulliermo del Toro.
However, due to Blade Trinity's result, the film made me feel that Blade's name was just being used to draw in the crowds and nothing else.

Bruce too old well he has gotten older just like the rest of us LOL, thank god for botox... LOL
if they made Evil Dead 4, I wouldnt mind it going like the Evil Dead Game Boomstick (though the game wasnt as fun as i hoped Bruce doing the voice was much enjoyable) But i had a idea/day dream why not center that the old woods are half gone cut down, and the place where the cabin and so forth was is now being built in a Nice Giant Hotel for the Rich to get away from everyone... LOL just a idea dont go blasting me out of the water.

Well you just the the tape been found by the owners of the Hotel or manager which was placed in a storage room and forgotten and some ass worker plays the thing for entertainment to some high rich snotty hottie chicks! LOL im too out of it i have no idea wot im writing so yesh, you give Ash the same place but new playground Nice giant hotel, Rich people possessed and are deadites Ash blowing em away in a giant playground. We need one more "Halloween" where Mikey is finally killed off and in which the series is ended with a bang. Of course, I'm sure that Akkad and co. will continue to disregard the H4-6 storyline, so all I can ask for is that at least feature John Tate back with Michael after him. I know Josh Hartnett refuses to reprise his pivotal role, so damn it, just re-cast him.

A good premise - a year after the events of "Resurrection" and a two years after John has mourned for his mother, he finally takes a stand and heads back to Haddonfield to stop his deranged uncle once and for all. Something like that anyway.

As far Jason and Freddy, there's two choices.

One: FvJ gave them their good names back and ended both of their careers nicely. So, I wouldn't mind of FvJ was end to both franchises.

Two: However, if they really wanted to make more movies with Freddy and Jason, I ONLY want to see it done if is regular solo projects a la "Friday The 13th Part XI: Return To Crystal Lake" and "A Nightmare on Elm Street 8: The Dream Whatever." No more versus movies, we've had enough!

If anything, if they had to make more movies with Jason, than I would really want to see 3 more F13 flicks, so that Jason would have 13 offical "Friday The 13th" movies. Here's some ideas: one could be set during winter, another one could feature the return of Tommy Jarvis and the last one could have all of Jason's surviving heroines from the previous films teaming up together and ridding of Jason once and for all.

And, all of them would be set at (and ONLY at) Crystal Lake. No more field trips for Jason! There's no explanation needed as to how Jason is now back to Crystal Lake (and no, this wouldn't be set on "earth 2" either). It's simple: "Jason Goes To Hell" kinda disragarded the first 8 regular "Friday The 13th" films, and so did "Jason X." So, these last films would disregard JGTH/JX/FvJ and follow right back to the I-VIII storyline again. 16 years have passed, visitors have mysteriously disappeared, etc.

In a sense, "Wes Craven's New Nightmare," in its own belated sense, perfectly ended the "Nightmare" movies (FvJ obviously was also good, but it is only a spinoff). Well, if they did do one more, I wouldn't mind. Not as long as they ignored "New Nightmare" went back to the "in the film world" universe again. The only real loose ends left were Alice and Jacob. By now, Jacob would be a teenager. He would also be having nightmares, as well as his friends... The goal here is go with a dark, creepy vibe a la first few Nightmares and tone down Freddy again in order to make him scary. It's not impossible to do that, look at "New Nightmare." He was even at his own Nightmare 3 self in FvJ, at least I thought. All they need to do is write a good, scary script with limited funny lines for Freddy.

I'll go see all of those sequels anyway. Course, I still haven't seen Seed of Chucky. Anywho, I wish they would just give in to making the Thing 2.

<u>movies that need more sequels</u>
Nightmare on elm street and friday the 13th - Have both freddy and jason return to theyre own respectable franchises. I will never tire of these movies. Its a far shot that a writer would be able to add a fresh twist onto the stortylines, but anythigns poissible. look at F vs J .

<u>Hellraiser</u>
I loved parts 1-2 and inferno .. The rest were absolutly horrible.
It looks like the 2 upcoming sequels may follow that path to.
I think Hellraiser is a very intriguing concept based loosely on 1700s music box maker that was known as the most horrendus serial killer in france. This series has the potential to be great if they just came up with something fresh and quite rehashing Inferno.

<u> Halloween </u>
im all for it as long as theyre are no wb actresses or mtv rappers

<u> The Shining </u>
could u imagine danny loyd all grown up now going back to the overlook hotel to confront his demons and the ghost of JACK ??

Also :
Candyman
night of the demons - without the cheeseball humor of the sequals before
pet semetary

the no list :
Chucky - pleeeeeeease stop ..it sucked from the begining
Scream or any other 90's teen horror
any horror movie released in the the last year (except for saw)

Child's Play is way too immersed with pop culture now so that series needs to end. Chucky has changed from an evil, menacing doll to a one-liner machine.

Seed of Chucky did the whole movie within a movie thing, and the actors are really playing themselves, blah blah blah. I mean, that was a creative idea...in 1997.

I'd like to see The Creeper in Jeepers Creepers get a few sequals and/or prequals.

Freddy and Jason - FvJ ended their careers with dignity, but if New Line really wants to crank out more movies with them, it can ONLY be solo projects like "Friday The13th Part XI: Return To Crystal Lake" or "A Nightmare on Elm Street 8: The Dream Whatever." But, NOT "Freddy vs. Jason 2" in any shape or form.

Michael - the series needs one more H-movie to end it with dignity and end it in a bang. Despite the previously poor "Resurrection," it can still be done. Just stick John Tate in Haddonfield to avenge his mother's death and you have a movie.

Chucky - I've enjoyed everyone of the Chucky movies, especially "Seed of Chucky." In fact, after seeing it, I have no idea how Don Mancini could top it...which is why the Chucky saga could end with dignity with "Seed." But, if Donny does have good aspirations for part 6, I'll be open to it.

Pinhead - here, we're still waiting the back-to-back latest films, "Deader" and "Hellworld." I've seen the first six and have enjoyed most of them, minus "Bloodline" and "Hellseeker." Hell, if the part 7 and 8 turn out good and make Dimension a profit, I always considered that maybe they could take Pinhead back onto the big screen for one more "Hellraiser" film and good one to end it all. Perhaps it could be the one Clive Barker is interested in writing and finishing off Pinhead with.

Leatherface - rumors are running about a prequel to the remake, but I think the decent remake should be the last. A prequel to remake of a classic original with enough sequels? Bah!

The Creeper - I enjoyed the first "Jeepers Creepers," but the sequel was forgettable. I could care less about any new films with this "gay" horror icon.

I'm also not too keen with the sequel to "House of 1000 Corpses" - "The Devil's Rejects." I enjoyed "Corpses," but a sequel sounds unnecessary. Not every horror movie needs a sequel, no matter how successful.

Some random movies I don't want sequels to (not that they are rumored yet) - Joy Ride and Wrong Turn. I love them both and wouldn't be surprised to see cheap straight-to-video sequels .
