The PANIC ROOM trailer. That one quick shot of Jodie Foster coming face to face with Forest Whitaker at the end got me every time.

Black Hawk Down
Unbreakable - because of the trailer I waited for this film for like 6 months, gladly it was worth the wait
Vanilla Sky - Great twist in the trailer, showed a lot, but didn't tell too much about the movie
Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back - the first internet trailer totally cracked me up and i was rolling on the floor for the rest of the day after seeing that...
