4. Ace (Kiefer Sutherland) in STAND BY ME
5. Bobby Kent (Nick Stahl) in BULLY

And I'm not talking about lightweights like John Travolta and Nancy Allen in CARRIE, or Judd Nelson's John Bender character in THE BREAKFAST CLUB...but which reign of terror by a psychotic bully character was the most frightening?

Well I think Malcolm McDowell as Alexander de Large in A Clockwork Orange would have to rank up there for me.

Some great choices here.

I'd add Max Cady from Cape Fear (either one, but I prefer Mitchum's almost charming version) and Mitchum's sociopathic pseudo-clergyman from Night of the Hunter, Harry Powell.
