I was watching Oprah yesterday and she showed pics of Julia Roberts with her new baby twins. They are cute. They looked like such a normal family. The thing is that in People mag the other day I saw some other pictures that I found kind of interesting- Julia and hubby Danny were walking out to the car but one of the twins was being carried by a nanny and the other twin was being carried by another nanny. Danny was carrying diaper bags or whatever. And I don't know why Julia wasn't carrying one of the kids. Yet I'm sure we will be looking at more and more pictures of Julia and her babies and will read about all of her newfound motherly wisdom about childrearing. It's great that these actors have such cushy careers and have such weath but why do they have to get to the point where they are handing off their kids when they do not have to? How is it that parents of twins who work in a factory are able to carry their kids out to the car?
I know all celebs do this but Julia is always praised as remaining so "regular".

I feel bad. She's going to regret it someday.
I mean, I'm 19. I don't have kids, and I don't know shit about fuck. But kids grow up so fast. If I ever had one or two, I wouldn't let anyone hold them when I could. Not even if they paid me.

I agree with Logan.
Hopefully this isnt a common occurence. But if it is, she's really missing out on a part of her kids lives.
Cause theres only a very short amount of time that you can hold your kids in your arms. Until it eventually becomes a pain. Literally!

The babies are adorable! Looks like they're gonna have red hair too. If I were her, I'd hold them all the time until they start throwing themselves down on the floor screaming, LOL.

I'm pregnant with twins, and I know after I deliver, I'm going to need all of the help I can get! All I can say is it must be nice, I'd damn sure like to win the lottery and hire help! I figure that within the next few years, my arms will be built up like Arnold back in the pumping iron days!

Ft. Worth, eh?
I'd like to announce the Nachokoolaid Deluxe Babysitting Service, where our motto is, "We Specialize in Twins." Ok, I can't back any of that up.
Congrats, by the way, and good luck. Twins. I know one is tough, I couldn't imagine two at once. And think of those poor souls that have septuplets or something. Damn!
