I was looking at the dvds at Indigo Books and noticed underneath the shelves there were a bunch more dvds. These all had price stickers on them but while I was looking some cum gargling slut employee came over and told me, I quote, "For your own protection, so nobody slaps you in the hand, you ARE NOT allowed to look at the dvds under the shelves. So just pretend that they aren't even there."

I said sorry and left. Fuck that place. The only thing I found cool there was the Dawn of the Dead box set and a few Hammer films that were way overpriced.

I replayed the event in my head on my way home and was on the internet within minutes to rant about it.

At Futureshop they have dvds underneath the display shelves and they don't give two shits if you look at them or not. I find most of the best stuff under there because it's the extra copies of the dvds that were sold out on the shelves.

That's exactly my feelings too. The fucking things were priced too. She was acting like I just took a shit on them or something.

There is a shelf/rack type thing that holds the dvds. It doesn't go all the way down to the bottom of the floor so the store stacks extra copies down there.

I find the best shit down there at Futureshop. I got the only copy left of the Rocky Anthology and I also saw the Rambo trilogy hidden down there. I feel like bitching to the manager of the store but it wouldn't do any good.

As for the actual rant... uhm, well I don't know what the store's policy is, but when I worked at a video store and I had a fat stack of movies to check in, and I tell customers over and over again that the newest title they want is RESERVED OUT FOR THE DAY, meaning there is no copy available even if one comes in ... and they STILL insist that that copy in my hand is available as soon as I scan it...

Well, I wanna rip their heads of sometimes.

I'm not justifying this lovely cum gargling cocksucker's actions, but MAYBE she was just onslaughted with a plethora of nosey customers doing a big "no-no" that infringed upon her privacy in some way, so she was trying to lay the smack down on the next poor passerby (which happened to be you) before the same mistake occured again. Who knows?
But like I said, I'm NOT saying that customer service isn't number one, or that you being there at the wrong time should make her attitude any different than at any other time.
