I certainly get a guilty pleasure from watching bad horror movies. When you get back home after a few beers, a bad flick like Deep Rising or Deep Blue Sea is great fun to watch.

Any parody film like AIRPLANE, SPACEBALLS, HOT SHOTS (1 and 2), LOADED WEAPON, TOP SECRET, or the NAKED GUN films. Any of those will do the trick. I also enjoy LAST ACTION HERO and HUDSON HAWK very much. I think they are misunderstood.

Yeah, I agree. But then there is something like a common consensus, call it "public opinion", "the critics' opinion" or the "Oscar Academy's opinion" or whatever. That consensus comes down on you when you enjoy something which lacks "objective qualities" like a serious message, high production values or elaborate, look-at-me-artistry. And that something is your guilty pleasure.
And my guilty pleasures are:
LAST ACTION HERO (or Arnie and Stallone movies in general)
ALI G INDAHOUSE
ZOOLANDER
THE SCORPION KING (anything with The Rock actually.. erm, rocks!!!)
THE MUMMY flicks and DEEP RISING (I kinda dig Stephen Sommers - haven't seen VAN HELSING, though).
Michael Bay movies (except for PEARL HARBOR)
and lots more...

I've enjoyed many of the movies mentioned here and I wouldn't consider them guilty pleasures. The Back to the Future series is fucking awsome, and Cast Away was good too. But then movies like Forget Paris and others are guilty pleasure because they are not very good but when their on cable I usually put them on. I guess mine would be...

I don't know that I would call it a "guilty pleasure." Some homies have supported me in liking this movie, others say that I'm too old (28) and too straight to like it. But what ever, I still like it.

I thought Grease was a blast. Great music. Ahem, anyway.
I rented Alien Versus Predator lately-and didn't mind it. My biggest thing is horror movies, especially when it involves vampires or supernatural stuff (as opposed to slasher movies). It drives my roomate nuts that there will be some absolute piece of B grade crap on TV and I'll want to check it out. So when an actual good horror movie comes out like The Ring, I'm in heaven-even if I have to leave the TV on all night on the news channel after watching it.

This movie is so cheesy, that the cheese actually oozes out from the seams on your tv. But I love it! It's corny, it's clumsy, and it's so inaccurate but I can't help but watch it. Angelina is soooo seeexxxyyy!

I just read on joblo.com that License to Drive is getting the (SE) treatment and that got me thinking about another 80's teen movie that I love...

I love this movie, I don't know why? Elizabeth Shue is cute as hell. I don't know how this relates to License to Drive but it just got me thinking.
Also, this one...

I absolutely hated this movie when I saw it on cable last year some time. But everytime it came on, I would put it on so that I could rant about how much it sucked. But then, it kind of grew on me. I know, I'm a big fuckin's softy. What do you want from me? I guess it doesn't hurt that Diane Lane is soooo seeexxxy!
