I really liked the first one, Sandra Bullock is really a great comedic actress, but I can't say I was expecting much of the second one. But now the first reviews for this movie are really positive, claiming it to be better and funnier than the first. Well, all I am expecting is a good time in the theatres and I'm definitely there as soon as it opens... are you?

Possibly the most unnecessary sequel ever made. I would have to be paid to see it. Looks painfully bad. And where are these positive reviews you speak of? The only two reviews currently posted at rottentomatoes are both negative.

The first one looked alright though I never saw it, but this seems pretty awful. And they couldn't have picked a more terrible subtitle than ARMED AND FABULOUS.

The first one wasn't that bad, I'm not sure how the sequel will be. I'll probably rent it later down the line.

It just looks like they squeezed a plot for this unnecesary sequel.

This movie has two things going for it:

The intriguing teaming of Sandra Bullock and Regina King and also that the awsome William Shatner is also back for this sequel.

But the trailer does make this look pretty lame. So I am a bit worried. Generally, I LOVE Sandra Bullock but as much as I love her, she's not always reliable (Two if by Sea, Hope Floats).

I do wish though that Michael Caine had returned. He was the best thing about the first one.

Wow. This is one sequel I'm dying to see. When I saw the first Miss Congeniality, I walked out of the theater saying to myself: "you know, this flick leaves a lot of room for a sequel, and I think a sequel should be made. I can't possibly think of another sequel that's more necessary than Miss Congeniality 2."

Well, I like the first one and will catch this on dvd...I dont think every movie needs to a "Citizen Kane" of its particualr genre to be worthy of a sequel or even being made at all...as long as said film has good direction, a smattering of originality, good acting and a serviceable plot.

MG2 looks like a fun harmless ride...it shouldnt be knocked until its seen.

A sequel that was NOT needed but I hate to say that I may see myself at the theater for this 2nd installment. I like Sandy and Regina King. And BTW whats up w/ Ms. King and her constant playing of sidekick roles? was up wit dat?

Unfortunately, I'm sure they are the best roles the very talanted King can get.

Really? I love ole Sandy and the movie is cute but I'm not sure I was dying for a sequel. However, I'll prob rent it. Sandra Bullock though is cool - she's one of those celebs who I think I'd be friends with if I weren't a peon and she weren't a star.

This could be the next T2, if they take out everything that was good in T2.:D

I saw it and it was OK. I was entertained, althought it goes downhill once they meet regis, which is after 20 minutes. Not recomended, but still a cute little entertaining flick. 6/10
