HOLY SHIT the first one has got to be my favorite comic book movie ever, and they're gonna start shooting another one already, that sounds great to me, who else is stoked after hearing this?

I thought the first one sucked out loud...here's hoping the second will do better.

Hellboy was probably my favorite film of 2004 (tied with The Incredibles) and one of the best comic book movies I've ever seen. I am definitely looking forward to this. Ron Perlman owned this role.

Man, can't wait for this bad boy...Loved the first one, and as long as Del Toro, Perlman and Mignola are involved again (I think I'm right in thinking that they are), it would be hard for this to go wrong.

Hellboy was one of my absolute favorite movies to come out last year! I loved it!!! I hope Del Toro directs; and it would be double bonus if Kroenen comes back too. (He's my favorite character.)

Just FYI, Del Toro and Mignola are writing the script now.

nothin special about the first i thought it sucked 4/10 some nice action here and there, but very predictable and it felt like a romance more then an action the end was also very dumb. I'm not seeing the second unless i here it ant anything like the first i didnt want to see the first only saw it cuz Del toro directed it and he directed blade 2 and i loved that movie 8.5/10

Definitely stoked. Hellboy was one of the better comic book movies that have been pouring out of hollywood lately.

Hellboy was a pretty good movie (7/10), I quite enjoyed it, I feel confident that Hellboy 2 will be as good if not better as artistic endeavours will shine as in Spiderman 2.

And for those who think this was the worst comic book movie, we'll just check out Batman & Robin (1997). That is the all-time worst movie I ever saw aside from it being a comic book movie. It was quite painful watching it. I'm sure Batman Begins with Christan Bale will turn things around for this franchise.
