Man if this is what the land of the dead poster is going to look like....boy I gotta tell ya I love it! Check out that scene with John Lequizamo and the zombie with his tongue hanging out! This movie will rock I can feel it allready.

IDW Publishing will bring George Romero's upcoming Zombie movie "Land of the Dead" to the comic page. The series is being adapted by IDW Editor-In-Chief Chris Ryall with artist Gabriel Rodriguez and covers by Australian artist Chris Bolton. They are going to tell the entire story in a five issue arc. If you don't want to know how we can expect "Big Daddy" to look like, you shouldn't look at the pics.

Come on now , where is your sense of wonderment , i made the mistake of checking out pics of other anticipated films and it ruins the experience , i'm not doing it with this one . I'll wait until October when i can see the film for real and experience the GR magic for the first time unspoiled .

I'm a little concerned with Big Daddy. I'm not sure what to think about some of the things he does with only one arm.

Thats the first thing I thought when I saw it too, but I like the one on the comic too it looks sligthly cooler....that comic page is awesome, if thats the way the zombies are going to be looking on the film, then Id say were looking forward to a preatty cool zombie flick! That jaw less zombie is cool as hell! Kind of reminds me of the one on the opening sequence on Day of the Dead.

I just read that Romero got some more cash-o-rama for some re-shoots, that can only mean one thing....more zombies!

Reminds me a little of the Dawn poster too, you know the one (can't be bothered to google :D ) - it was the cover of the novelisation and the main poster for the original release wayyyyy back in '78.
