Yo schomes,
I've just checked out some info on this movie after hearing nothing from it in, what seems like, a year, the film sounded interesting enough to get my attention anyways. So, I decided to dig for some info and found a trailer, website and a plot synopsis:

Several divers head into the world's largest cave system to find the spelunkers who first exploded it. But as the divers head deeper, their escape route is cut off and several mysterious creatures attempt to hunt them

Now, I've heard another plot synopsis where its pretty much that same plot except the divers in question start to transform into creatures the longer they're down in the cave (the thing that got me interested in the film in the first place).
Eitherway, I've checked out the trailer for this movie and it looks like a good time at the cinema, some cheesy good fun (lets face it, we all need some cheesy fun films once in a while).

For anyone who wants to check out the trailer, go to Enterthecave.com (www.enterthecave.com), unfortunitly there aren't any options to make the trailer bigger than it is but you still get to see whats going on pretty good.
As for a release date, it's August 19th (I'm guessing thats the same for the US as thats the UK release date, or maybe you guys have already got it, I'm not sure).

Thoughts?

I remember seeing the trailer a coule of months ago, and thought, "Hmm... looks kinda cool. It's like, Aliens in a cave."

I'll check it out... whenever it gets released.

I'm highly anticipating The Cave. It won't be "good," but it will be fun. It might turn out to be the creature feature sleeper that Deep Rising was.

My future wife, Piper Perabo, is in it. I will have to check this out. And Cole Hauser? Gotta love another death scene from that guy, c'mon do you really think he's going to live?
