I thought the only mystery band on the first stage was already revealed to be Mudvayne.

Anyways this festival looks good enough. I will go in July when it hits Chi-Town

Sabbath, Maiden, BLS, Shadows Fall, Mastodon, and Arch Enemy are enough to signify that.

good line up... second stage blows the shit out of main stage though!

bands i cant wait to see:

Main Stage:

Black Sabbath
Mudvayne
Shadows Fall
Black Label Society

Second Stage:

Rob Zombie (He comes to my area 2 days after Devils rejects opens!)
Killswitch Engage(2nd Time Seeing Them)
Mastodon
In Flames(I REALLY cant wait to see them)
The Black Dahila Murder

i heard that the mystery band on main stage that is taking over for iron maiden after august 20 (doesnt affect me at all, as they come to my area july 24) is going to be Velvet Revolver... dont really care about them, although it woud be nice to c slash live!

The Mystery band is gonna be the Belladonna Reunion to Anthrax.

No, the Anthrax rumor was debunked a week or so ago. The mystery slot will go to Velvet Revolver, which is a pretty sorry choice. This is supposed to be a metal festival. All in all, the line-up is decent. I was surprised to see Arch Enemy on the list. All of the Otep fans from last year are going to be bulldozed by Angela's delivery.

Off-topic sidenote ~ I learned not too long ago that Otep was a lesbian. That's your fun fact of the day.

Wow.

Every single band there is laughable besides As I Lay Dying and maybe the Black Dahlia Murder.

I really wish Maiden was coming to my town because ive been dying to see them and its like they never do a US tour and European tours only.

I really disagree there. BDM blantantly stole everything they know from a damn fine band called At The Gates. Plus, I find them insanely boring too. I never really thought As I Lay Dying was anything special either, but I'm not really big on this newer hardcore movement from the last 7 or 8 years save for Converge, Bleeding Through(Mixing Black Metal and Hardcore done the right way unlike the BDM) and The Blood Brothers.
