First off, any chance you wanna sell your car to me? Or trade? Huh? A Corvette for a 2000 Sebring Convertible? Pretty fair trade if you ask me. ;)

Second, it sucks they changed the "eyes" of the house.

I wonder if it's still haunted. It looks in very good condition, does someone live there now?

THe legend is stuff still happens there, but the guy living there now keeps it under wraps. He's supposed to be a real jerk.

Nice picture. Where is the house located now? I heard it was moved a couple of times. Before it was moved, I had my picture taken on the front porch with my mother when I was 2 or 3. My step dad was an over the road truck driver and said he was going through the town on his next run so my mother packed us up and we went with him. If I talk to her, I will ask for the pic and scan it.

Yeah. Real shame they changed it. Oh well, supposedly, they'll never get rid of the demons and what not. Heh. Hope the bastard goes the way of the Lutz family dog in the new one. He's supposed to be a real asshole, like said. Ridding the place of it's legacy.

And not once did the neighbors ever complain about all that demonic racket next door?

:p

The burden of living in the Amityville house isn't the supposed demons that haunt it, it's the people that stop and take pictures! If I were living in there, I'd be more afraid of my fellow man than any ghost or goblin or what have you.

Nice car, by the way. Very nice car.

The lake is a work of fiction, in one of my pics you cn see the boathouse though. it sits in a small bay.

You would be too with demons roaming about and waking up at 3:15 every morning.

Seriously though, he's not being an asshole. He just wants PRIVACY. How would you feel if someone went up to your house asking questions and wanting to take pictures? It's rude.

Nice pics... screw the car, I want the house.

You know, as much as it would be an "annoyance", the dude that owns this house, is sitting on a fucking GOLD MINE!! Not literally of course, but still. I'd be doing fucking tours, and renting out the "attic room" for like $1000/night. So you've got no privacy... fuck that, if you can rake in the scratch. :D

I'd put the "eye" windows back in, and have digital windows put in, so that everyonce in a while at night, they go black, and you can see shapes walking around, and red eyes and shit... yea... damn, I want that place now. :( Shit, I've wanted that house ever since I read the book back in the 70's.
