No, not the Tom Green movie. Although, it should be included in this topic considering what the topic is about:

In 2 weeks, I will be on my way to Naples, Florida. From where I live, its a 22 hour drive.

So, in these 2 weeks leading up to before I leave, what are some great Road Trip (or just movies dealing with lots of travel and cars in general) movies I should watch, that way I can get into a 'road trip' state of mind.

So far I got movies like:

Road Trip
Sideways
Wild America
Grind
Forces of Nature
Planes, Trains and Automobiles
Jeepers Creepers
Joy Ride
National Lampoons Vacation
Blues Brothers
Italian Job
Fast & the Furious
2 Fast 2 Furious
Gone in 60 Seconds
Maximum Overdrive
Rain Man
Weekend at Bernies (just cause its a vacation at the beach flick, which is exactly what I'll be doing)

Anybody got anymore?

Wild At Heart comes to mind. Bad Lands. And Natural Born Killers, even if I don't personally like it that much.

Hey, that'd be my old neck of the woods!

Not a "road trip" movie, but you should really watch Day Of The Dead from 1985 -- It was filmed down in that area.

Also, if you are at a loss for a place to eat -- Check out The Turtle Club, it's part of the Venderbilt Resorts, but you don't have to be a member or anything. it's pretty well-priced (everything in Naples is pricey), and be sure to ask that you sit outside, so you can watch the beach.

Have fun!
