LAND of the DEAD trailer altered?

Watched the LAND OF THE DEAD trailer over and over again the day it was released, then had problems opening it for a few days. Just got it working again and now all clips from DAWN and DAY have been replaced! Only clips from NIGHT remain. Anyone know why?

Apparently there were some copyright issues

Yeah I heard about this. I don't see why using a couple second long clip would be wrong in terms of copyright issues.
