Well, I can't really see him as any of the standard rouges. Kind of ironic since I've heard rumours that he was considered originally for the role of Spider-Man.

Topher? A Villian? U Kwaaazy! :D

What I have seen from Mr. Grace is a goody goody persona...
I just cant see the evilness he has to offer....
The closest of evilness would be an equivalent to Jon Cryer's character seen in 1983's Superman III...

Well, I could sort of see him as Electro. He's really the only major villain that Topher could fit into, since he's not very big or bulky. But it hasn't been confirmed that he is indeed playing a villain, so maybe he's not. I personally hope he's not a villain. I just can't see Topher Grace as evil or menacing.

You know what, now that you mention it, Elektro is pretty much the only villain Topher Grace could conceivably portray. Go through Spider-Man's rogue gallery, and you'll see how menacing they all are. Except for Elektro. He's probably the most powerful, but the least imposing. Good call.

Electro's the best choice for him by far.
