I can see where this topic is heading allready. I mean all thanks to Hollywood there are only 3...maybe 4 promenant martial artists on screen: -
Jet Li
Jacie Chan
Bruce Lee
and Chow Yun Fat
So i'm gonna go with Donnie Yen as one of my favourites. Iron Monkey, great movie.
But i totally love Jet Li and Jackie Chan!

I'm not a big martial-arts-movie fan, but I really enjoyed Jet Li in Kiss of the Dragon and Lethal Weapon 4. He's probably my favorite. Jackie Chan is pretty damn amazing, too.
Haven't seen anything of Bruce Lee, I'm sorry to say. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/frown.gif

Jackie Chan is the bomb!
I especially like his cartoon.
To clarify, Yun-Fat has been in other movies where he's used martial arts, but a character using martial arts in Hong Kong movies is essentially the same as Hollywood characters in a fist-fight.
Would you call Keanu Reeves a martial artist because he was in the Matrix? Or maybe Schwarzeneggar is a samurai because of Conan.
In regards to the topic...
Original Drunken Master-Jackie Chan
Fist of Legend-Jet Li
--followed closely by the original--
Fist of Fury-Bruce Lee
Dragons Forever-Jackie Chan, Yuen Biao, Samo Hung
There's just way too many movies to name, and more actors than I've already named (Donnie Yen, Stephen Chow, etc)

My favorite would have to be Jackie Chan, Drunken Master has to be one of my favorite movies. Jet Li's good as well, but if you want some comedy in your movie, Jackie Chan is the way to go.
Tony Jaa has to be a recent favorite, I watched Ong Bak, and I thought it was really good. Muay Thai and wire free stunts, already a step in the right direction. Wire work makes for some interesting fight scenes, but its refreshing to see someone perform just on their own natural ability. His newest movie looks cool. I watched the trailer for it on yahoo, its The Protector. Its annoying, the release date has been pushed back 2 times already. Though it looks like September 8th is going to be the day.
I've noticed a lot of movies getting delayed lately.

I've got to go with Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon first off than I'd throw in some Shaw Brothers stuff such as Come Drink With Me, The Master, and many more. Jackie Chan's Drunken Master 2 is somethin serious when it comes to all out fight sequences. Tsui Hark's The Blade and Vampire Hunter's were crazy. There's a lot more but that's what's coming to me right now.
