CASINO and GOODFELLAS SPECIAL EDITIONS woth a buy??????

I was wondering my entire family says these flims kick ass!!! i have both on dvd but should i double dip on these babys for SPECIAL EDITIONS if i enjoy them. also besides SCARFACE what are other movies like thess in some ways that are great!!!!

to answer your question on wheather or not you should double dip these for the special editions, i'd have to say yes, of course, are you insane.

The Goodfellas and Casino SE's are OUTSTANDING! Absolutely worth a double dip for the supplementals alone. But the picture and sound are also better than the original releases and you don't have to flip them over mid-way through which is also a huge plus. The documentaries on Casino are outstanding and the Goodfellas has an excellant comentary track with Henry Hill and the FBI agent who caught him. You should definately check these out.

my parents own heat but not the special editions should i double this as well???

The only real reason to buy these special editions is because they actually contain the entire movie on one disc, instead of breaking it up into two discs, or having half a movie on each side of one disc.

Yea you definitely should double dip Heat. I never had the old version of Heat because I knew they had a S.E. coming out down the road so I cant tell you whats better about the new edition. Nevertheless double dip Heat for the simple reason of it being such an amazing movie.

You are definetly going to have to double dip for these. They both a fantastic. I also recoment the SE of Once Upon a Time In America, Heat (SE), Scarface (Anniversary Edition), Donnie Brasco was also great as well as Taxi Driver (SE)

The Special editions are definitely worth it. I still need to get the Goodfellas special edition, but will be getting it very soon.

Both CASINO and GOODFELLAS special editions are definitely worth double-dipping on.

Unlike the JAWS 30th anniversary edition.
