thanks to TVonDVD

If you live in the US then you probably haven't seen The Tom Green Show which aired in Canada from 1994 to 1996. Tom annoyed people and acted crazy, which sounds like his MTV show, but this is different (because it's not the MTV show).

Ken, a reader of the site, sent us an email a few weeks ago with a link to a mention about a forthcoming DVD set on Tom Green's site. Few details were made available, so we made some calls and discovered that our friends over at Video Service Corp will be releasing Tom's early years this fall."Tom Green: Down the Tubes" will include the 26 episodes from his Comedy Network days on 3 discs. Bonus features will include 1 hour of outtake material, commentary, and some other goodies. Look for it on October 5.

We'll have more information when it's available.

ill be picking this up... loved the MTV show... and the Canadian ones are even better because NOBODY knew who he was back then... so he got away with everything!

I will definitely be picking this up. I have all of the MTV Tom Green shows on Tape, 2 VHS tapes of Tom Green shows from Canada "Something Smells Funny" and "Tonsil Hockey" and a DVD from his MTV days called "MTV The Tom Green Show Uncensored", which, is actually a censored "documentary/behind the scenes" of the MTV show.

Big Tom Green fan here. BIG.
