I dont know if this thread has been done before, because I've never visited the sport forum.
But which do you prefer?
I for one dont like Baseball at all. I find it boring to play and watch. Dont get me I respect the sport as a national past time, i just dont find it entertaining.
Im a football kinda guy.

I play baseball and although it has almost killed me several times because of heat, I prefer it. I love watching football a bit more, but when it comes down to the thick of things, I prefer baseball.

Basketball-NCAA
Soccer: International-I'm Mexican, it's mandatory.

Baseball-Only Playoffs, season way too long!
Everything Else- except golf.

I love both sports but Baseball really takes the cake for me. Football as of late has been pissing me off so I've acutally become more of a College Football fan myself, go UT.

Is that some kind of sick twisted joke? Finding football more boring the baseball... holy shnikies!

I prefer Football any day of the week. Baseball shouldn't even be considered a sport. It's more of a game like twister, or hopscotch really.

You're kidding right. What is it about baseball that makes it not a sport, and just a game. Baseball has the longest season of any sport. Tennis is a game seeing as it doesnt have a real season, or real teams.

I've got mad love for both sports, but if you don't think Baseball is America's pastime then move to Cuba or something.:D

I sucked ass at baseball and was actually pretty good at football, but there is just something about baseball that I love. Hell I even think football is more fun to watch.

I'm just a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to sports. And I always eat up anything about baseball and its place in our country and all that. I think its the history (both good and bad) and all the traditions.

Well even if its not baseball it has to be foxy boxing.

I played baseball for 4 years in high school and still believe it's not a true sport. It's just a game, it's like playing jinga for 3-4 hours. It's long and drawn out, 50% of the league is not fit by any means, low scorring, very little appeal to anybody other then a player. Most fall asleep when trying to watch an entire 'game' on t.v.

Baseball is america's past time, but still just a game. Nothing more.

And 50 percent of NFL players aren't fit either. Most of the offesnive lineman are just plain fat and a lot of the defensive lineman are the same way. And I wouldn't even call 50 percent of baseball unfit, it's more like 30 percent.

Think about why that is. And those guys are big, but also a whole lot stronger and tougher then a fat baseball player. And yes, like half the league is fat in baseball.

Baseball players are out of shape because more the time they are just sitting there doing nothing. Literally doing nothing. Standing in the field. The only player i have respect for is the pitcher, and that's it.

FOOTBALL all the way. Except if u are watching the Brewers. But football is so much better than baseball in every way.

Come on, lets get real. Basball players are athletes, they have to condition like every other athlete in every other sport. If you're going to compare who's more fit, it wouldn't be baseball players or football players. It would be boxers. Boxers are by far the best all around athletes. It takes everything you got, stregnth, flexibility, agility, speed, quickness, endurance, toughness (mentally and physically) and strategic thinking. If you don't think so, I dare you to spar a few 3 minute rounds and see if you can hack it.

With that said, even though I prefer football, I still think baseball is a sport. I just can't really get into a "sport" where a guy can get hurt running to first base. But it's still a sport.

I like both equally, and since their schedules don't really conflict I find it easy to put just as much attention on either one. I can cheer my Cards all summer long and then pray for my Dolphins throughout the fall.

I love hockey too, but it will never be the same and Basketball, while entertaining is the bottom of the big 4 pro sports of North America for me.

But Football and Baseball both rock my world, love them both like I love my parents...

Give me a break people! Baseball is a far better sport! A lot more history behind it, and I find Football people to be fat, beer drinking, cabbage eating bums! :D

Are you saying playing Baseball doesn't require talent?

I do think, key word think. That baseball is the least physically demanding sport besides golf. Sure they gotta sprint like hell every now and then, occasionally sliding to home or running into walls 'cough' Jose Consaco cough"

Im not dissing Baseball. I have the upmost respect for the sport, I just find it boring as hell. Football as far as athletic ability goes, is way more demanding physically.

No, You have to have some talent... I was saying it's the least physical demanding sport. It is definitally the sport who carries the least athletic "athletes."
