I agree. The teaser doesnt look all that bad but I sure hope the acting is much better than it was in the last one. Thats what killed the last one for me is the fact that none of the actors could ACT!

Here's hoping!

Donnie Wahlberg = good choice.

Hopefully, the director will smooth out the problems of the last movie. ie. acting.

What work has he done previously?

Well, at least there's no Cary Elwes this time....

He plays Carwood in BAND OF BROTHERS, and duddits in DREAMCATCHER. I don't know what he's directed, or if he's directed in the past.

i was pretty hyped on the first SAW and wasn't disappointed. from what i've heard about the second film plot wise, i don't believe i will be let down.

Besides the already mentioned Band of Brothers and Dreamcatcher Wahlberg also had a memorable (not to mention completely unrecognizable) cameo in The Sixth Sensee. But his best performance was in the short lived but brilliant crime show "BOOMTOWN". He'll always Det. Joel Stevens to me.

Anyways, Wahlberg's appearence in this movie definately gives me hope that this will be good though I did like the first one, even if it was severly flawed.

I remember him now from Boomtown. That was such a good show! Thanks for the heads up!

I thought the teaser looked pretty badass. That contraption thing on the guys head looks pretty sweet. And the synopsis of the movie itself seems like if done right it could be a hell of a lot better than the first movie.

SAW was one of the most overrated horror movies ive ever seen, but i still enjoyed it for what it was. 6/10.

I could go either way with this.

This time instead of 2 people locked in a room, now there're 8 strangers with connection. The plot sounds good.

I saw the teaser when I went to The Devil's Rejects and it got a pretty good reaction with the audience. I really liked the first one and thought it was clever, so I bet I'll like this one and I'm probably going to go see it the first or second day.

As for the teaser, it's not much but teasers are supposed to just tease you (hence the name), so I suppose it was pretty good. I just can't wait for the movie.

All this talk about Donnie Walberg, Have we forgotten that the beautiful Dina Meyer is also in this movie

mmmm batgirl...

I enjoyed the first Saw and if you ever decided to watch it in a theater with Tactile transducers attached to your couch you can fell a low bass heart beat through most of the movie ... SWEET

I have to agree this movie feels a bit rushed, but only time will tell...

I didn't like Saw. Not for the acting, but for the overactive MTV style of direction and editing. I found it really annoying, and a shame because the movie had a few good moments in it. I believe the sequel has a new director so I may make it a rental.

It took me two viewings before I could appreciate the intricacies and details, and then I simply loved it because of the way the performances (which were better the second time) carried me through the twists and turns.

I don't know if a sequel is necessary. Leave well alone, that's what I say.

This movie is either you love it or hate it. NO in between.

I loved it as well as my friends. Others hated it so depends on what kind of person you are and both people are probably seeing to different movies.
