I need help from your horror and suspense filled minds!!!

Hi, I feel desperate cuase there´s this trailer that got into my mind and i know that i have it but can´t remember where and the movie sounded very creepy and cool but i never got to see it as a movie, here´s what i remember about it...The trailer mentioned the movie was honored in Cannes or something like that, It comes around 2000-2003, It states a woman who start loosing her mind...and she has a baby...but when she carries it the baby starts carying...and everything comes spinning downward in her life....all i remember is her screming and at the end a small boy is on a tricicle or bicycle outside a house making small rounds......It said somethign about ...November or something.
It looked like a Cross between Rosemary´s Baby and some David Lynch Film........anyone can gimme a clue.....im desperate.
The Trailer said something like the best since Repulsion.

I'm pretty sure it is Everything Put Together with Radha Mitchell in the lead. It is more of a drama (a good one at that) then a Lynch flick but some scenes are horror like.
