Wow, this is hard! It's like asking me to choose my favorite band: pretty much impossible, and can change depending on my mood. The View Askewniverse films are all 10's in my book, and I haven't seen Jersey Girl, but here goes anyway:
1)Mallrats (Best dialogues/one-liners)
2)Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back (best in-jokes ever in cinema)
3)Chasing Amy (best story & acting)
4)Clerks (Most out-there)
5)Dogma (best reflection)

Some notes -

a) The placement of Chasing Amy was formerly higher but after a a recent viewing in which I noticed an overbundance of awkwardly delivered dialogue -- I decided to move it down a bit.

b) The concept of Mallrats could have blossomed into something remarkable if Smith hadn't surrendered his creativity and made the leap from documentary-style black comedy to the cheesy exploitation of Jay and Silent Bob plus a Hollywood ending that you know Smith is too good for. I relish what Mallrats could have been, because what's there is only vague strokes.

c) Some people dislike Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back for numerous reasons, the majority of which could be resolved through understanding that its a parody of itself. Everything is supposed to be cliche. If you watch it with this in mind you might get more out of it.

d) I haven't seen Jersey Girl, but word-of-mouth tells me it's not great.
