He was recently on one of those celeb shows (I think it was Extra) and he definitely lost a lot of weight. He also seemed less of an annoying twat than he was before, perhaps he's actually maturing? Ehhh we'll see.

I forget which magazine I flipped through yesterday at the grocery store but there was a picture of him running and a picture of him rock climbing. Seems that he's been getting in shape in healthy ways and has ambitions of climbing some rock or mountain somewhere. But he looks healthy.

I saw on some show that he had been training to be a kickboxer. I saw a clip of him beating up this 40 year old kickboxer from Thailand or something. Martial Arts training will get you lean fast, so I don't doubt that it's him. He's still kind of a douche though.;) Check out this site for further info:
