The Girl Next Door easily.

Although South Park, the American Pie movies and The Wedding Crashers are all great too.

And Scary Movie 3 is PG-13.

Other: This is Spinal Tap (10/10)

But I suppose I'll rate the ones you have listed:

Old School - 3/10
The Girl Next Door - 3/10
American Pie - 3/10
Scary Movie - 6/10
Scary Movie 2 - 2/10
Bad Santa - 8/10
Road Trip - 2/10
South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut - 8/10
Team America - 8/10

I didn't see The Wedding Crashers, the American Pie sequels, Scary Movie 3, Super Troopers and Van Wilder, and I don't really plan to, either. Life is too short.

That is funny because I agree with those ratings except I'd swap them.

It was funny for its time (and I must admit it still makes me chuckle) but a lot of the jokes are corny and are less scatalogical in comparison to recent comedies (like my choice, There's Something About Mary).

Dude, you gotta realize that these kind of comedies were perfected in the late 70s and 80s - Porky's, Animal House, etc. All those you listed have elements from the earlier classics.

Bad Santa: 8.5/10. The most refreshing Christmas film I have ever seen.
Super Troopers: 8.5/10. Just so damn funny!
The Girl Next Door: 8.5/10. This one was a pleasent surprise that was so much better than I thought it was going to be. (Besides, any movie that uses "Baba O'Riley," by The Who, during the final scene, is going to score points with me.)
Team America: World Police: 8/10. When no one could shut the hell up about Full'o'shit 9/11, Trey and Matt shoved a stick of TNT up their collective asses and told them to shut it.
Wedding Crashers: 8/10. Brat pack all the way, baby! Any movie with Vince Vaughn in it, is a good movie. (I'm totally kidding guys *cough* Psycho , but still a lot of his movies are fantastic.)
American Pie: 8/10. Just the first one. The others were mediocre at best. This was the Porky's of my generation.
Old School: 7.5/10. Not as good as Wedding Crashers, but c'mon...it's Vince!
Scary Movie: 7.5/10. Just the first one, which was funny, but the whole idea behind it got real old, real fast.
Road Trip: 7/10. EuroTrip was better.

As for South Park and Van Wilder...well, I haven't seem those, so it wouldn't be right to critique them.

On this list... Probably South Park. But my favorite comedy of all time also happens to be R rated, The Big Lebowski. :D

I'm sorry (and I don't mean to pick on you there G-Sergio) but does anybody else consider these to be comedies, other than The Big Lebowski? I'll give you 48 Hours, but Kill Bill? Come on.

Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill are action films first and dark comedies second or third.

A Clockwork Orange can be humorous, but it isn't a full-fledged comedy, which is what this thread is addressing.

I'm going to have to say Pulp Fiction is crime first, and action never...

Bad Santa is the greatest movie ever. No not really but it is the funniest in my opinion. I practically have the god damn thing memorized.
