favorite band with an actor in it

There have been plenty of actors who either start their own bands or who started out in music. But my favorite band with and actor as a member would probably be Phantom Planet with Jason Schwartzman as the drummer.

I must agree with SubMethod.
Phantom Planet is quite good.
Not only is Schwartsman the drummer
but the singer is the bad kid from
Donnie Darko. I forgot the character
and the actors name.
