BOBBY BROWN's bid to propose to his wife WHITNEY HOUSTON a second time was marred by both singers' desperate need to use the bathroom.

MY PREROGATIVE star Brown, who initially exchanged nuptials with Houston in 1992, recently decided to ask his wife to take a second trip with him down the aisle during a romantic meal.

But immediately after Houston accepted Brown's proposal, bodily functions became the dominant topic of discussion for the night, with the former NEW EDITION frontman dashing from the table to the bathroom while his wife explained to viewers of reality show BEING BOBBY BROWN, "He's had the runs since yesterday."

Houston's imminent need to defecate soon followed, after she complained about the cramps she was experiencing.

Before bolting from the table, she showed off her bloated stomach and affectionately told her husband, "I'm about to do the doo. I'm about to drop it on the one - a boat lad."

Actually, I watched this show once and he came off as a good guy and she came off as a whiney spoiled brat. She is so self absorbed and very dependent on him. The kids were running around on the beach unsupervised while they stayed in the restaurant talking. Maybe someone was watching them that they didn't show on camera but they seemed kind of disconnected from those kids. Also, on the one show I watched it mentioned that they are hardly ever togehter and they cherish the time they spend together. The show was just too sad and judging from this article it continues to be that way.

whitney is GHETTO as hell, lmao!!!! the thing is she has always been like that jus not in public, she was always puttin on a front for the cameras....all it took was for her to meet somebody that would bring it back out of her, lol. sometimes it seems as if bobby brown has more sense then her!

vivica fox is the same way...although not as bad as whitney.

And he does seem nicer than her. She seems like a fucking bitch. But if she wasnt on this thing he wouldnt have a show either.

I love how EVERYTIME he meets someone who ISNT ghetto, they havent a clue to who he is...until he says Whitney is his wife :D

But all the ghetto scum know him though "fo sho" :p

But I have to add that Brown's album with "My Perogative" on it is one of my favorite CDs- all the songs are good, IMO.

no doubt about that....he even had a recent hit with ja rule that sounded good....but the drugs and whatever else he is on will always keep him from making a comeback....he was never a great singer but a good performer...
